Dart Drop

a weight (called a dart) falls from a defined height onto a foil that is clamped tightly without wrinkles.

This foil is now either pierced by the selected weight or not. If the film is not penetrated, the next, heavier weight is used. The weight is determined at which 50% of the drop test pierces the foil and the other half just fails to pierce.
